If there’s one thing I learned while taking pictures (and videos) of people, it’s this: You gotta make them comfortable! Make a fool out of yourself, jump around, be active – make them laugh. Check your camera settings ONCE and let go of all technicalities and BE with your people instead. They don’t care about exposure time and aperture and neither should you. Know your shit, dial it in and let it go. Get some real human interaction with them! That’s what matters in the end and that’s what makes or breaks an image.
